you can start anytime you feel suitable for you. but it is recommended to study for at least 8 weeks before taking the exams.
The school will contact you as soon as your license is available. This could take a bout 4-6 weeks.
Yes, 16 year old can obtain a category A driving license only. for other license, the minimum age should be from 18 years and above.
Yes you can. After phone call registration you still need to visit the school for confirmation.
